If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and returns policy.
*Cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the time you receive the goods, national holidays and weekends outside customer service hours. If you need to return or exchange goods, please pay attention to the time.
Please note: Returns/exchanges can only be accepted if the product has not been opened, used, damaged, malfunctioned or caused by any other factors other than human defects.
We will refund you within 14 days after receiving the returned goods . We will use the same payment method you used for your order and you will not incur any fees for this return.
