1. Are there any physical stores for OVVO electric scooters?

2. Are electric scooters legal on the road in Taiwan?
In Taiwan, the legality of electric scooters is subject to certain restrictions, mainly in accordance with the "Road Traffic Management Punishment Regulations" and the "Electric Bicycle Management Measures". In general, the legality of an electric scooter depends on whether its model and specifications meet the requirements of relevant regulations.
According to Taiwanese regulations, electric scooters must meet the following conditions before they can be legally put on the road:
- Power limit: The horsepower of an electric scooter must not exceed 500W.
- Speed limit: The driving speed must not exceed 25 kilometers per hour.
- Vehicle type: Electric scooters must comply with the vehicle type and specifications under relevant regulations.
- Driving method: Electric scooters need to use electric motors as the main driving method.

3. Do electric scooters need to be registered in Taiwan?
Electric scooters are non-motorized vehicles and do not need to be registered like cars or motorcycles. However, when using electric scooters, you still need to comply with relevant traffic regulations.
4. Can electric scooters be brought on public transportation? (e.g. trains, buses, MRT)
Absolutely! We even have scooters that can be put into a backpack and carried around, which is the most suitable for public transportation~
5. Does OVVO provide electric scooters for rent?
There is no such service yet, maybe we will try this in the future^U^
6. Can electric scooters be equipped with seats?
Yes! But our S6 is a model with narrow pedals and it is not recommended to install it.
7. Is the electric scooter waterproof?
Most of our car models are water-repellent!
8. Can electric scooters be ridden when it rains?
It’s okay if it rains lightly, but I don’t recommend it!
9. Why does the electric scooter not move forward after turning on the switch?
Our electric scooters are all equipped with a safety start device. When you start the vehicle, you need to glide a short distance with your feet before you can activate the switch and the vehicle will start moving forward.
10. Is it normal for the charger to get hot when charging?
It is normal for the charger to be slightly hot when the electric scooter is being charged, as a certain amount of heat is generated during the charging process. But if you're concerned about the condition of your charger, it's best to have it checked to make sure it's safe.
